2. Pricing All prices are listed on the product page and include any applicable taxes and fees. Since all products are digital, there are no delivery charges.

3. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the digital file has been delivered, access cannot be revoked, and therefore, refunds will not be issued. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

Delivery of Digital Products

We ensure that your digital pattern files are delivered promptly and securely.

1. Delivery Method All digital products are delivered via direct download immediately after purchase. A download link will be provided on the confirmation page and sent to your email.

2. Delivery Timing Your download link will be available immediately after the transaction is completed. You can access the file directly from the purchase confirmation page.

3. Troubleshooting If you do not receive your download link or encounter any issues with your file, please contact Alina at alina@alinabobilova.com. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
